CR Formulations are certified GMP to ISO 22716. From pilot batches of 5kg and production batches of 100kg, 500kg and 2,000kg, we can offer economies of scale for both bulk and finished products. With the capability to fill jars, bottles, tubes, pouches and sachets we can get your product from concept to counter in the shortest possible time.

The adoption of Cosmetri empowers CRF to streamline operations, maintain complete traceability, accelerate product development, and ensure compliance with ever more stringent regulations and is the industry leader for PLM (Product Lifestyle Management).
Product Stability Testing
In another first, CRF is the only Australian cosmetic and skincare manufacturer to invest in a Turbiscan stability analyser. It is the perfect tool for formulation help, analysis, and quality control. It accelerates and documents ageing testing for a fast and deep understanding of destabilisation with detection up to 50 times faster than the naked eye. Turbiscan adheres to ISO TR 13097, The Characterisation of Dispersion Stability.
Comprehensive in-house testing
CRF now have a fully automated, in-house Challenge Testing and Micro-testing capability for skincare and cosmetic products. In a collaboration with Biomerieux, a French diagnostic company, the 3 year development project was based on their TEMPO, a fully automated enumeration system that tests quality indicators in food products and environmental samples. The previous inability to detect and enumerate some organisms, required for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, was overcome and in a world first, TEMPO is now a complete solution for QC testing in the skincare, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
